Email sent but never arrives in gmail

Great plugin 🙂 I use it often and have never had any trouble whatsoever.

However, a new client who has a gmail account would like to read his contact form messages from gmail.

The admin email address used for his form is (eg.) “bill@bills-site.com” He is able to read ALL non-contact form related email sent to bill@bills-site.com while logged into gmail but NEVER the contact form, it never gets sent there. The form DOES send, he is able to read it on his (roundcube) webmail, but it never goes to gmail.

I’ve tried the suggestions here but I don’t think that this applies to our problem as this is related to the contact form not sending at all:
