    Hi,

    wonderful plugin idea and the questions work fine with my theme, but I cannot find any place to answer the question?

    i can edit questions, but there it nowhere to respond..

    appreciate if you could help me to get it working..

    I’m running the latest version of wp and woocommerce ..

    Nikki,

    You can answer a question in two places – in the question editor of the dashboard, at the bottom there is a panel for answering questions. You may have to enable this in Screen Options, which is in the top right of the screen.

    Alternatively, if you view the link you should get a form for each approved/published question that allows you to answer it. You may have to click the question’s title to expand it and see the form.

    Hi Josh, thanks for getting back to me!

    I followed both your suggestions once more to double check, but neither is there anything faq related in the dashboard, nor is there anything answer related following the link..

    maybe i’m completely missing something, but it rather seems that this part is missing.. could themes/plugins interfere that much or could it be installation related?

    I’ll try re-installing.. appreciate any pointers though..
