Have you contacted Cloudflare about this issue?

Yes, I contacted them yesterday as soon as this issue arose and I haven’t heard back form them yet. I did not sign up for a paid service, so I believe they stated they would give paid members priority in the questions queue. That’s fine, I just thought I would go ahead and start a thread on the topic in case anyone else has or has had this same issue.

I don’t see the site on us. It sounds like, however, that you may have had a cache everything rule in place that could create a redirect, if you didn’t have PageRules to exclude the admin urls first.

You can [edit] normally [/edit] bypass Cloudflare by going to http://direct.creatricemondial.com

Or sign in and suspend the service.

What plugin did you install? Cloudflare does not use a plugin. In any event you can use ftp or sign into your hosted account and rename whatever plugin you installed to pluginname-old.

There was a Cloudflare plugin that I had read needed to be installed, but perhaps I was mistaken. I ended up deleting that plugin, and deleting my site off of the cloudflare website so I could start again fresh. I was informed that there needs to be a “www” in your website domain name, and mine is simply http://creatricemondial.com. I am hesitant to try to change this myself, as I already made a massive mess of my site in my first attempt. I didn’t want any of my old links (such a the ones on social media linking back to my site) to be broken if I changed anything.

I use Cloudflare without the plugin. I was using it before the plugin came out.

Adding www can be done at your web host by adding a cname www and pointing it to http://creatricemondial.com. Your host most likely has tutorials to show you how.

Ok I’ll take a look into that and see what I can do. Thanks for your help!

I am not sure what the plugin does but Cloudflare does not require a www when adding a site. Even the example they show on the page for adding sites does not have a www.

Hmmm… that’s what Cloudflare support told me when I contacted them about my issue.

This is what they told me:

Hello, thank you for contacting CloudFlare.

Normally you would access the admin section with the same url but I also noticed that the domain defaults to: creatricemondial.com

To use CloudFlare, http://www.creatricemondial.com must be allowed to resolve.

This can be corrected in the Word Press configuration to define or default the domain as http://www.creatricemondial.com

It seems that this is not a wp problem and can be resolved by getting your domain resolved.
