   how can i completely uninstall wordpress? I've deleted the folders then reinstalled them and nothing changes...

   how can i format it?

   Clear the database.

   did not help me... i mean i get the same errors i got before.. a strange 404 from all web based services but all is well with human viewers...

   WordPress is just its files and the database. That's it. It has no other components. If you remove the files and the database, then it's gone. Any other errors are caused by something else.
