Make Each Blog Have Their Own Registration?

Is there a plugin anywhere that will make it so that each blog that registers on the network has their own registration page? Right now if a end user of a blog clicks register they are redirected to the main website instead of being sent to a registration page on the end users website/blog. This is highly undesired. I need it so that users can register on the blog they are visiting, not the network page.
