i took a look at your site’s code, and for some reason, the script that handles the lightbox contact form is not imported. I am not sure why that is the case, it could be a conflict. ill look into this further for future updates.
in the mean time, you can manually tell your theme to import the plugin’s script by adding:
<script type=’text/javascript’ src=’/wp-content/plugins/sliding-social-icons/js/site/script.js?ver=3.6′></script>
to your theme’s header.php file, then try again. Let me know how that goes!

Hey Bilal,
Thanks for taking a look. Sorry, I had just removed the shortcode from the contact section shortly before you responded, because I wasn’t sure if anyone was checking the forum and it wouldn’t direct people to my contact page with the shortcode in there.
Anyway, I added the shortcode back and tried adding the script you suggested but that didn’t work either. Not sure if it matters or not, but if you want to give it another look I have the shortcode back in there for a few day. Please let me know once you have so I can set it to send users to my contact page instead.

i checked it out but im not sure why i can’t see the plugin script imported. maybe there’s a conflict with another plugin. i looked at the source code of your site and its a bit messy. if you want me to take a closer look email me through the website and we can arrange something.
