Looks like you should check with your hosting company – ask them how to access the server error logs – that may give some more info about what’s going on with the site.

You can try the standard troubleshooting steps of using FTP (or Cpanel) to deactivate all your plugins by renaming the plugins folder:
wp-content
plugins.HOLD
If that doesn’t work, find your current theme and rename that folder – which forces WP to use the default theme.
