this hasnt probably to do with role settings needed for creating/deleting markers. If you uploaded the plugin manually via ftp this could have caused issues if you didnt set the right transfer mode and so whitespaces were added to plugin files.
Have you already tried disabling my plugin – is login for other users possible afterwards? If possible, please reinstall the plugin through plugins page (please be aware that markers will get deleted on uninstall) – if this is not possible, please re-upload the plugin-files via ftp and check if auto-mode for transfer is set (if available)
