Possible bug with upper-case file extension?

    I validate the extensions in lowercase I fixed it in my dev branch so it’ll be fixed in the next release.

    It seems it doesn’t like any capital letters (my camera uses caps). This screen capture link http://prntscr.com/1vnfd3 shows the same file in lower case & upper case. I added .JPG to the allowed_mime_types but it didn’t help so I’m assuming it doesn’t like the other capitalized letters.
