How To Install a Theme (for Documentation purposes)

With the NfWP plugin installed and controlling the overall network of sites and with a set of network sites installed and running, how do you properly add and activate a theme?

• Option A: assign the site to the main/primary network site (ID #1) then navigate to the site’s Theme tab and add/activate the theme, then assign the site back to its proper spot in the network
• Option B: add and activate the new theme directly at the individual site level

Which option is the correct option and why?
