Carbon wp light theme issue with send me copy

    Hi,

    i use the carbon wp light for a website and everything works well when customer fill up the form to contact administrator…. except that even if send me a copy checkbox is ticked, no email is sent to user…it is the same fonction as for sending email to administrator…
    i checked and when it is ticked, wp really goes into the loop to send email…just email is not sent 🙁

    any idea where could be the problem ?

    Is the form part of the theme or a plugin? Have you tried deactivating your plugins and using a default theme?

    Where did you download this theme from?

    In fact i solved it…
    there was an issue in the $subject variable direct from original theme 🙁

    Alain how did you set the contact form on that theme?
    I’m just trying to figure it out.

    Hello Alain,

    could you tell me how you solved this problem.
    When I use the contactform, neither I receive an email, neither when the copybox is ticked.

    Hi,

    further info for the moderator.
    I downloaded free theme at http://otwthemes.com/product-category/free-stuff/

    Themename is Carbon Free.

    Normally you have to do some modifications in the template.contact.php file. But form is not working.

    Can someone help me please.
