Can't skip forward

Hi,
I have used this plugin since a year now, it is great with those new features. The only problem i have is that, when i set Default Rendering Mode at Flash the video i play can’t be skiped forward, so clicking the progress bar on 3’rd minute while the video has loaded only 1 minute its not possible playing the video on 3’rd minute since it is downloaded since there. When i chose HTML5 as Default Rendering Mode the video can be skiped forward, but the playlist does not show well while i am on html5. Is there any method to skip forward with flash rendering mode ? My videos are .mp4, h256 rendered from Premiere.
