I used Damon Design Import Users to import subscribers to my newsletter when I switched them over to a blog. They are all listed as subscribers and all received an email confirmation with a login and password.
But then when I've added posts, the posts have not gone out to subscribers. I thought this happened automatically when you have subscribers?? What am I missing?
Thank you, Christina

Strange that there are subscribers who don't receive anything for their subscription! Is there a plug-in, or how can I get the posts emailed out to my subscribers?
Thank you, Christina

I've been looking everywhere for the answer to my question and I can't seem to figure out how to get my posts sent out to the subscribers. Thank you for any help you can provide.

youre missing this part:
WP does NOT send any kind of email by default.
Subscribers used in WP terminology doesnt make them subjected to mass emails. It makes them registered members of your blog -- nothing else, nothing more.

In this case, why would anyone subscribe to a blog??? It just doesn't make any sense!
For anti-spam reasons, some blogs allow only registered users to comment. On such a blog, you might register for that purpose.
"Subscriber" is a misnomer. It just means "registered."
If you want a true subscription feature, you'll need a plugin like subscribe2.
