AdSense problem after upgrade

Saturday night I upgraded the site http://fossforce.com from 3.4.2 to 3.61 from the dashboard after backup. Just before upgrade I brought all plugins up to date. After upgrade I upgraded theme (Atahualpa).

All upgrades went smoothly. However, since upgrade, Google Adsense is showing nearly no page views or ad impressions, although their ads are displaying normally on the site and we’re having much higher than normal traffic. Yesterday’s stats show about 1,500 page views while Google adsense shows 40. Today so far we’ve had well over 5,000 page views while Google Adsense shows 13 so far.

Any ideas anyone. This is costing money.
