I've recently installed Wordpress and am trying to set up a flash gallery using the SimpleViewer Plugin but when I try to create a gallery the following message is displayed...

GD library version 2 or later is required. You are running version: bundled (2.0.28 compatible)

Now the images and XML file for the selected folder will be created:

Now I am working on file pic1.jpg:
I have created the regular image and the thumbnail and now it has been added to the XML file!
Now I am working on file pic2.jpg:
This image file does not have a correct image format so I am skipping thumb creation for this file - please upload it again: ../wp-content/images/test/pic2.jpg
Now I am working on file pic4.jpg:

And that's it... what does it mean???

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Okay I managed to make it tell me that it's made an XML file for me by deleting pic2 and pic4 but it doesn't appear to have actually made an XML file even though it says it has... on page where gallery should display it says...

I cannot find the gallery's xml file: http://nicolashenton.co.uk/wp-content/images/test/gallery.xml
Please check that the gallery's files have been created on the admin pages!
