Extra notification email

Dear Support,
When the admin modify a ticket, the Wats sends an normal email (which contains an information about the changing) and an extra email to the cusotmer.
The extra email contains an unformated information with our IP address, and a link with whois.arin.net website, and this email contains the complet answer from the admin and two links with the comments.
Could you help me, how can I switch off this second email?Thanks your answer with Best regards,
