Coupon code discount not working at payment

Hello.

I use woocommerce. My coupons when used works and is applied to the order total. The discounted total usually reflects but when the order goes to the payment processor for payment the discount is not applied and the customer is charged the original amount before the discount. when the payment is complete it returns to the order complete page, it shows the amount paid is the discounted amount whereas the processor page shows the original total. its confusing for customers who feel cheated. i have 2 payment processors and this is the same issue with them.

Is there anything i can do to resolve this?
