    I created a slideshow with 4 images (all 2000 x 1400 px, h x w). But the images seem to be aligned at the bottom. Unfortunately on the photos is a girl and it would be nice to see her head instead of her legs. When resizing the browser window, the background images get moved more and more up.

    Also, the images are cropped and all have a transparent background. The transition works smooth in the beginning. The new picture fades in nicely, but the old one doesn’t fade out but is still visible when the the new one is there and then it disappears.

    Are these known issues? What to do?

    I unfortunately can’t post a link as the site currently only runs on my local machine.

    Ok, one issue is solved. When replacing the transparent background of the images with a white one the fades are smooth.

    But still there is only the girl’s legs. 🙂

    I’m going to assume you’re on the latest version of wordpress and using version 1.5 of the slider. Can you post a screenshot of the issue? If you can’t post it here, you can email me at jamesdbruner@gmail.com

    Had a conversation with James via email. We solved the problem thanks to James’ suggestion to add one easy line of css:

    .vegas-background{top: 0px !important;}

    Works! Thanks a lot!
