a theme for conferences and ticketing

I am wondering which is the best event management theme out there… I have so far quite liked premium Januas theme, with a view to integrating with something like Event brite, as that is for the registration/ ticketing and payment. Their support package sounds good, but expensive. also, I will need membership levels of access so they can download course materials after the conference, and their logins should be cross referenced to records of attendance. I have looked at WP-Members plugin but it seems not to have enough bells and whistles. s2 seems to have the right settings for log in levels of access but it appears locked in with paypal payments in order to pay to achieve the access, but access is already granted when they buy a ticket for the conference.
