Exporting Subscriber

I’m having an issue trying to export my email newsletter subscribers. On the import/export page, nothing appears below the line:

· Newsletter subscribers: 8324
· Blog registered users:

There should be the number 16,000 or so blog user listed then the list of subscribers below for export but nothing is there. I’ve given several minutes to populate, tried various browsers but no luck. Anybody else having issue with this or no a solution?
