Did you try the configuration extractor in the latest version already? It should be able to extract the right settings for you.

I managed to configure feedburner for both comment section and e-newsletter widget. But the checkbox is not showing on the Buddypress registration page. I’ve ticked the ‘Comment form’, ‘Registration form’, ‘BuddyPress registration’ and ‘bbPress’ in the Checkbox Settings.

Update: The checkbox does show-up below the comment box but not integrated with Feedburner (ticked the checkbox before submitting comment but no e-newsletter is received/subscription isn’t successful).
