Try appending /photos to the end of your site address. If you site address is, http://www.example.com then try, http://www.example.com/photos
Alternatively, if you site address is http://www.example.com/blog/, try http://www.example.com/blog/photos
As I previously wrote;
“4-Appended “/photos” to the end of the blog page address at which point the RSS feed was present but with no posts or photos. It was just a blank RSS feed.”
Any other ideas?
The plug-in only provides a photo feed for the entire site; it does not currently provide a feed per post.
Is it possible to share the complete URL you are trying?
Examples of Miln Photo Feed links
DssW photos – a standard WordPress installation
http://www.dssw.co.uk/blog/photos/
The Work Life – a multi-site WordPress installation
http://theworklife.com/graham-miln/photos/
Remember to activate the plug-in after installing it on your site.
I have installed the plugin and activated it.
But when I append /photos to the end of my blog, I get a 404 error. No RSS feed. My posts do have images.
Thanks
@btr1976, can you share the full URL you are trying?
Are you using a multi-site WordPress installation?
Sorry, here’t the URL
http://blogs.thetimes-tribune.com/timescaptured/photos/
We do have other blogs under that domain ie.,
blogs.thetimes-tribune.com/{blogname}
I also just realized that most of our posts use the NextGen photo gallery plugin. Although, some posts do have regular photos attached.
I too am seeing a 404, “The page cannot be found”, error from the link.
The error is being served by Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) rather than by WordPress. This suggests there is some interaction between WordPress and the server that needs to be investigated.
If you have access to the IIS log files, they should highlight possible errors. Alternatively, your server administrator may be a good person to chat to about this.
