No Support and buggy

I’ve been using this plug in for years. I was really happy with it when it first started using it.

At least you could search their forum to find answers from other people. Now, they’ve moved all free support to the WP site, so when you try to search, you search EVERY forum post.

It’s buggy. It’s always been buggy. I could usually figure it out, but I’ll never use this plug in again, as soon as I can figure out a way to export and import all of the products into WooCommerce.

I’m really hating on this plug in.
