so as recently as the 19th, you were on version 2.0.5 (google’s cache is wonderful)
Nice that you upgraded, a smidge on the late side though.
Go through all of your theme files, and your plugins, and look inside wp-config.php for any odd code.
Those are the ONLY files that should not have been replaced when you upgraded. Consequently, IF your problem stems from the left over insecure version, it will be inside one of the unchanged files.
If, on the other hand, you missed changing out files.. thats another story.
Use an ftp client that shows timestamps, and play close attention on the files. If they were modified they will have a newer ts.
You also need to check that your plugins are not insecure. I see you have wp-backup on there. I beleive there was an issue with an older release of that. Might want to check on that.
