DropDown Menus Not working

Can anyone help me out on how to fix this site so the drop down menus actually work?

I was handed this site from the company, I’ve manged to fiddle with the CSS enough to “sort of” get the drop down menu item, “test” to be visible. (I added “test” as a traditional menu link in Menus, and made it a sub menu of “Support”

I’ve literally spent 3 hours on this thing with nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
