Is there anyway to personalise the email that comes through with the PDF Attached. It send the PDF and its called 'BLOG' but our website is a business site http://www.dnnsigns.co.uk
Also in the email body is it possible to put anything about DNN Signs?

You should contact the plugin author. This is always a good idea in cases that refer specifically to a plugin's functionality rather than WordPress itself, but in this instance it is the plugin author's own site which controls the content of the email.
