Registration stop working with a custom form template?

We’ve had a custom register-form.php template for a long time. After upgrading to TML 6.3.8 registration stopped working until I added a hidden action field to our template:
<input type="hidden" name="action" value="register" />Just a heads up for anyone else in the same situation.
