New video API is not working in chrome(ubuntu)

    Hello,

    As we all know wordpress have introduced inbuild functionality to play videos using html5 player automatically.
    But when I have used this for my website, it is working fine for windows. But for ubuntu, it is not working in chrome. Same is for Samsung gallexy phones.
    Please suggest a solution if anybody have any clue to fix it.
