Not getting thank you page

I am using your WP plugin “Scroll Triggered Box” on my site here: http://tanoshee.com/. when someone subscribes and tries to join the list, it doesn’t show any confirmation or any thank you message. I am not getting any option in plugin settings as well. Could you please help me with setting thank you message page?
