Manual order does not trigger woocommerce_email_before_order_table hook

    I am using woocommerce version 2.0.14

    When using the back office to send or resend the processing order email manually while having an order with direct bank transfer (using the Bank Transfer Payment Gateway (BACS) class WC_Gateway_BACS) it does not trigger the woocommerce_email_before_order_table hook called from email template customer_processing_order.php.

    Observed result: the bank details and instructions are not displayed in the mail to the customer.
