Option table is filled up with ACF data

    Hi I am using the Advance custom field plugin for couple of my sites.
    I am using version ACF 3.3.9. I have quite a lot post coming every day and there are around 45 custom field added for the post.
    I have observe that my options table is filled up with the ACF data and there two entries per field per article in option table, and now the option table is having more than 100000 records and it is becoming problem to manage it.

    Is there any way that I will migrate to new version with out loosing data.
