    I know you marked this as “solved” but it has NOT been solved. I sent my website address to you, as per your request, but nothing has been solved. I have updated to the latest version, 0.3.4.5. I just got another order 10 mins ago and the only email I received was from Paypal, not Ready!. Can you please look into this, as I need the emails from Ready! to tell me the customer details.

    Hello.
    Did you set your admin email address in admin area -> Ready! Options -> “Store Email” option?
    Also, please send me here ID of your ticket in our internal support system or link to topic on WP that was solved.

    Yes, the store email option has been set correctly since Day 1. As I mentioned, sometimes I get notifications, sometimes I don’t.
    The original message that was market SOLVED but isn’t is this link:

    I have also received email correspondence from you.
    Please, we have to fix this. I got 2 more orders last night and neither one of them gave me an email notification. However, I got 3 orders yesterday morning and received email notifications for all of them. It’s very strange.

    Hello.
    In admin area -> Ready! Options -> there are option “Enable log actions”. Please check it if it’s not. Now emails log is enabled. You can go in admin area to Ready! Log page – there will be all emails, that was sent from your store. You can now check – was email sent from code or not, check email after order was placed, address – “to”, and at the bottom you will see – “result”. If it is Failed – then problem is in your hosting provider (it failed to send email from your host). If email to admin email address will not appear there – then it mean that it was not sent at all.

    Hi Alexey
    I got 2 orders yesterday. I got a notification on one of them but not with the other. When I check the log, it shows that one of the confirmation emails was sent to me and the other was sent to the person that made the order. So i would assume that sometimes Ready! is sending the email notification to the customer and sometimes to me. Please let me know how I can fix this or if it’s something you have to do.

    Hello.
    There should be 4 notifications sent, and 4 log messages – for each order. How many email log messages do you have?

    I have only what i described above. 2 messages total. Both are order summaries. One was sent to me, the other was sent to the customer (both orders were from different people).

    Ok, we have figured out the issue. It turns out that since we use Paypal for our checkout, the customer MUST return to my website after the Paypal payment has been made. Otherwise, no email notification is sent to me. I have to instruct people to return to the website after payment in order to receive a notification.

    Thank you VERY MUCH Alexey for all your help with this. This is the best support I’ve received from any company I’ve dealt with. Alexey was fast to respond and made a huge effort to identify this problem.
