I was able to prevent the article from showing up by deleting the link to it, but I need to link to sure! This is not a long term fix.

The other way this can happen is if the Option “Show original article link, not readable page?” is cleared. This will tell MyCurator to use the full article in the Single Post page. Make sure that this Option is checked too to keep the full article out of the single post page.
This behavior based on the link to the readable page is active to support backward compatibility to earlier versions of MyCurator. When you deleted the link, that told MyCurator not to include the full article in the single post page.

I have the same problem as Vidyut.
In the options:
“Show full Article Text in Single Post Page?”
is not selected.
“Show original article link, not readable page?”
is selected.
And yet instead of the paragraphs I chose, the whole original article is published.

Thank you. I had panicked and disabled the plugin. Problem is that I use it more for keeping an eye on subjects I cover rather than re-publishing the articles, so my posts are actually quite different, even unrelated to main subject of article, and the article getting injected was creating a horrendous content disaster.
I liked it, so when there was an update, I came back to check here. Trying it out again. Looks like it is working ok so far. Thank you for a great plugin and sorry for panicking and judging in a hurry. This plugin makes keeping an eye on subjects much easier.
