  • Can you please try updating the plugin and see if issue is resolved?

    I am having the same issue and I have the most recent version of the plugin (1.2.1) and I am using WordPress 3.7.

    I noticed after I posted my message yesterday that this issue shows as resolved. I don’t understand this since there has been no solution posted.

    Any help would be appreciated as I am just trying to get a site ready for launch and this issue is preventing that. I may have to find another slideshow if I can’t get this resolved and I don’t really want to do that as I like this one.

    Hello Zippity1, It marked as resolved couple of days ago while we released an update, the update included fix for this issue but can also happen depending on the theme.. Can you please let us know the wordpress url? , so we can have a look, if its not possible to post url here, you can email the url to info at acurax [dot] com
