Change title of Woocommerce "Shop" page

Hi all,

I am trying to change the title of the base page from “Shop” to “Properties.” The URL and slug is how I want it, but the header still shows “Shop”

Along with that, wanting to change the breadcrumbs in a similar fashion.

I’ve duplicated the template files into my theme, to override core files. Just trying to figure out where to make these changes.
