Uploaded pictures not appearing

    Hi everyone,

    I tried uploading my pictures and each time, it’s uploaded successfully but all i could see is a file name (hyperlinked but without the image).

    E.g. dsc.jpg

    And the file url is, e.g.:
    http://abc.com//dsc.jpg

    I’m not sure what went wrong, as i’ve no done any changes to any plugins after the WP update and why there’s an addition slash (/) while uploading.

    And i’ve tried changing the filename as well.

    Would greatly appreciate if someone or anyone could help solve this.

    following another problem I had with uploading files, I have modified the upload path in line 980 of functions.php .
    so now I get the exact same problem you have.
    I know it has to do with the UPLOADS function, ABSPATH function and maybe even the trailingslashit($siteurl).
    The problem is that the upload dir is not defined the same in all places. but we will need some guru help to solve this.
