Login problems

Somehow, my password became corrupted. If I attempt to log on as Xrlq, it tells me the password is wrong. If I tell it I lost/forgot it, I get the following gibberish email under teh subject line “Password Lost/Changed”:

Does anyone know what the problem could be, or how to fix it? I can still log on as admin, so if there is a way for admin to reset a user’s password, that might he the easiest solution.
