Languages?

Quick question guys, my site is working and everything seems to be fine, but there’s one spot where things are appearing in Spanish, this is under Settings >> General, the “Date Format” and “Week Starts On” are appearing in Spanish, my wp config document has this: define(‘WPLANG’, ‘en_US’); so I’m not sure why this is happening, did someone faced this before?
