    Hello,

I installed this plugin, got the keys, set the settings and now there doesn’t seem to be away to get it on my site. There is no short code on the settings page.

Does anyone know where to find it?

I had trouble finding the code for another one as well. shouldnt it show up on the top of the settings page?

Maybe it is obvious to an experienced user. I do understand how to copy and paste it on my page, I just cant find it.

    thank you Mary

  • Which plugin? Find it here:

    http://wordpress.org/plugins/

Then from the plugins page, click on the support tab – and post on the sub-forum for that plugin.

Ok I would like to figure this out.

I went to forums>plugins and hacks and got here. But that isnt right

    SO I go to plugins.
then hit support. Then I get a list and choose one and I find a resolved forum. Do I write in that one?

I have not beenable to navigate correctly since I started. Thank you for your help on this

    Go here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/

Do a search for whichever plugin you are using/asking about.

When you get that plugin on the search results, click on the link to that specific plugin. You will get to the main page for that plugin – where there is a download link. There are various other “tabs” on that page – click on the one that says “Support” – that gets you to the sub-forum for that plugin. To make a new post on that forum, scroll to the bottom of the forum – to the new post form. Use that form to make a new post which will show up on that forum – which is where the developer and other volunteers will see it – specific to that plugin.

This forum is a very generic plugin forum – and in this case, it’s not even clear what plugin you are asking about.

Thank you. This clears things up. Really appreciate it!
