   I'm trying to create a blog that I will manage. I want anyone to be able to post on the blog, including pictures, videos etc. with or without registering...is there a plug-in or some feature/setting I can use to do this??

   I don't know if it allows for media upload.

   Simply set your options settings to allow anyone to register and make the setting for newly registered users to have the role of contributor. That should give them the ability that you are looking for.

   as far as video uploads - that's a whole 'nother ball of wax.
