   Maybe I dont get the whole blog idea but is there a way to have an introduction that stays at the top of the home page or any other main page of the blog? I would like to have an introduction to the home page and the main pages of the blog without it scrolling to the bottom after a new post or page is added. Can someone please educate me?

   Home page - yes.
   There is no "other main page" in the blog.

   Search for a plugin: "sticky"
   (scroll up > Extend > Plugins...)
