Clean and simple, like it says

I wanted a basic form to go with my Customizr theme, and since both that theme and this plug-in use Twitter Bootstrap, I put them together.
Easy to install and set up, this fit the bill. It uses a short code, which for us non-developers is like a little piece of magic!

At first I was a bit annoyed with the ‘confirm email address’ field as it’s one more thing for the person to enter, and I couldn’t find a way to remove it! But after testing it, I realized it’s a good thing to make sure the correct email address is entered so you actually can respond to the person.

If you need more complex forms or more control, this is not the form plug-in for you. But if you’re using Customizr, need only a basic Contact Us form and want it done fast and easy, this is it!
