Additional curency problem in variations – pls help me fast

Hello, I have big problem – in variations of products I need to set two currencies – Czech koruna and Slovak Euro. CZK is main currency.
Iam entering SK EUR in Price box like -> “+ New Currency” – but when I save the variation after editting, new currency get lost (isnt created). 🙁
I dont know where is the problem…PLS help me – client wants me to fix it very, very fast …and Im definitively lost. Thank you guys!
