In my site http://www.kidzlaunch.com I use the twenty thriteen theme.

I am having a problem where my menu graphics don’t show up leaving a group of html links. This does not happen in Chrome or Firefox, just Safari on my mac.

Also, using my ipad, I am having the same problem with both the portable versions of safari and chrome.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Barry

  • Try clearing the caching on your site.

Have you modified theme files at all? (You should only do so in a Child Theme.)

It looks to me like HTML is also being added to Posts from elsewhere. There is no way that WP would add <i></i> tags.

Guilty to both as charged. Should I just reinstall the theme?

If you modified any of the theme theme’s files, then yes. Re-upload a fresh, unpacked, copy of the Twenty Thirteen folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

If you’ve made major changes, you probably want to move them to a child theme first – otherwise they’ll be lost when you reinstall the theme.

On my way to reinstall the theme, esmi.

WPyogi, I did not make major changes, but I am happy to learn more about child themes so that I can try out those changes.

So, I reinstalled the theme and undid my few changes changes. I emptied all caches. However, I still have the same problem.

Do you have any other thoughts?

BTW, I think that the italics was not part of the theme but the post. The only change that I had made was to remove the page name from the front page.

    Thanks for staying with me.

I think that I found the problem. I am using the W3 Total cache and when I turned off minify, the problem seems to have resolved itself.

All of my devices are showing the menus and the chosen fonts.
