   Hi,

   I am looking to add a DJ mix section to my website with links to my mixes. I only want these mixes to be available for download to "subscribed" users. Is there a way of adding register/login functionality?

   Once the user has registered their details, they should be able to log in to my website and download the mixes, but I dont want them to be able to access my wordpress admin panel.

   Is there a way to separate the 2?

   Also, I want to be able to collect their emails for use in a mailing list, is that possible as well?

   What you may try:
   Function_Reference/is_user_logged_in
   to display or hide the downloads.

   Furthermore, search for "login redirect" - it has been posted many times for redirecting lower level users to the main index instead of the admin panel.

   Collecting registration email for another purpose... is unethical - but you may find solutions if you search.
