request – add rel="nofollow" to pdf link

    I have a request which is simple, yet have a great impact on SEO.

    Please add a rel=”nofollow” to the link to the PDF, so robots won’t index the PDF’s and flag the pages as duplicates (since the content is the same as the original page).

    This should be default, but an option to turn it on/off (like the target option) would be sufficient.

    Hello, I’ve added that option to plugin version 3.1 which should be ready later today.
