Lightbox stopped working

    I installed NextGEN Gallery v2.0.7 two days ago on a new installation of WordPress v3.6 and and i have a problem whit image browser.

    I am able to add new gallery end edit them, i am able to put this gallery on any page, and it was working fine while I had everything installed in a TESTING WP folder.

    But when I moved everything OUT of the testing WP folder into the root of my site to make everything live, the Lightbox feature/overlay stopped working. Clicking on any thumbnail image opens a new browser window (or tab) but no lightbox.

    I checked all the settings, but can not see anything wrong in the settings. Could the NextGEN Gallery plugin have the old WP folder in the code?
