Please change capability for Options page

I’ve found that this plugin registers its options page with the “activate_plugins” capability, as shown here:

The correct capability should be “manage_options”, as every other plugin does. Would you consider changing it for future versions?

I found this because I needed to give a user permission to modify theme options, widgets and menus. But he shouldn’t be able to access Underconstruction options giving him the power to deactivate it at will.
