On second thoughts, if it is using the real thumbnail I do not want to display it at 100%.. It depends on which version of the image it is displaying on the activity wall. Is there a choice?

Can you post a link to your website?
It does use the thumbnail but this is an easy bit of css. Have you also tried altering the thumbnail size in Settings > Media?
Thanks Mike. I should have thought of that. 🙂 I increased the thumbnail size in media settings and it’s now much better.
