User Name Ban Plug-in?

    I can’t find a simple user name ban plugin anywhere. What the heck? I’d think there’d be hundreds. I must have a user name ban capability. It doesn’t matter what their IP or domain is, once their name is banned, all is good.

    I know what you are thinking, but for my use, this is 100% secure.
